Registration is now open for artists interested in booking space for the 2019 Kingston Women’s Art Festival, Sunday, August 18th at City Park. This year’s event is expected to be bigger and better than ever! We fully expect to sell out fairly quickly so don’t wait until the last minute to register.
After much feedback over the last two years we have made the decision to put ALL booths along the walkways. Unfortunately this meant renumbering all of the booths yet again. So please triple check the booth numbers you are requesting on the map. Do not rely on past year’s locations. We have updated the map this year to show where trees are to make it easy for those looking to book a double booth.
The artist fee has increased this year to $70 per booth to cover increasing costs. For women artists under 16 a discounted fee of $35 will be charged. Your non-refundable entry fee enables us to meet the costs of organizing the festival, while donating additional proceeds to the organizations we support. You may share a booth with another artist. Each artist must register independently and the fee will be $35 each.
The Kingston Women’s Art Festival is a non-juried art show. We only have two requirements for you to be eligible for this event:
- You must be a woman.
- You must make the items you sell.
Again this year artists will have the option by special request to set up Saturday, August 17th, between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Overnight security has been arranged. If you wish to set up Saturday, please make sure you indicate this on your registration form. All details on set up and participation are provided on the Festival Guidelines document noted below.
A donation to our popular silent auction would be greatly appreciated. Please indicate on your registration form if you are donating an item. Your donation supports the wonderful work of the organizations we sponsor each year. Please note that the Kingston Women’s Art Festival is not a registered charity and are not authorized to provide tax deduction receipts. You may, however, request a receipt for business purposes.

To register for this year’s festival, please follow these steps:
- Download, review and print if necessary, our Festival Guidelines to ensure you meet eligibility requirements for the festival and understand the guidelines in place to ensure a safe and pleasurable experience by all.
- Download our Artist Booth Map and let us know which are your three preferred booth sites when you complete your registration. After you are registered, we will confirm your booth number based on availability within a week or two.
